This easy appetizer features delicious caramel sauce and whipped cream cheese…our Caramel Cream Cheese Dip comes together quickly and is perfect for potlucks and entertaining!
Sometimes, the simplest things are the best! This Caramel Cream Cheese dip is proof of that. Perfect for entertaining, it comes together so quickly and easily.
It starts with Trader Joe’s Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce. It’s rich, thick and so, so delicious!
Simply combine one jar (or approximately 10 oz of another favorite caramel sauce) with two 8 oz tubs of whipped cream cheese.
Drizzle with extra caramel sauce for some added color and flavor, and that’s it! This is SO GOOD paired with apple slices (I chose Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples that we picked at the orchard last weekend) and gingersnap cookies.

How is the best way to keep the apples from turning brown?
What is the best way to keep the apples from turning brown when serving? Should I soak in lemon water first? Thanks!
Yes, I’ve heard water with a bit of lemon, and also water with a bit of salt helps stop the browning process. I’ve always cut mine right before serving, which is best, if you can do it! Thanks!
Looks delicious and very prettily presented. Your guests will feel very welcome.
